La street food n’a jamais été aussi tendance, avec ses nombreuses enseignes difficile de renouveler cette tendance culinaire… C’est pourtant l’exploit qu’est en train de réussir « Les Garçons Parisiens », nouveau restaurant de finger food à Strasbourg.

Au menu une large gamme de pâtisserie inspirée par les nombreux voyages de son Globe Trotteur de créateur Alexandre Gorj : USA, Amerique latine, Europe de l’est, Asie mais aussi de sa terre natale : l’Alsace.

C’est dans ce lieu urbain et stylé au look vintage d’épicerie parisienne que vous pourrez déguster les spécialités des Garçons Parisiens : Rouleaux Gourmands, Pains Gourmands et Sticks Gourmands ; à base de pâtes garnis d’ingrédients de qualités et servis chauds. Avec une multitude de garniture sucrés ou salées, Vegan ou carnivore, vous trouverez forcément chaussure à votre pied !

Mais ce n’est pas tout ! Pour les amoureux de dipping comme moi, l’atout charme et convivial du lieu, c’est les stick de Pain bretzel à plonger généreusement dans les différents Crémeux faits maison ! Caviar de ratatouille ou de haricots blancs, rillettes de poisson, tzatziki, pesto aux noix, parmesan et huile d’olive sont tous vraiment excellents !

Niveau boissons Les Garçons Parisiens ont pris soins de dénicher des marques confidentielles au packaging vintage comme le Curiosity Cola By Fentimans ou la limonade Alsacienne Lorina. Vous pourrez aussi y déguster des jus de pomme ou d’orange pressés minute, du café Nespresso et des thés Nunshen !

Au niveaux du prix c’est très abordable avec une formule à 7€ (5,50€ pour les étudiants)

Une très bonne découverte dans un lieu vraiment stylé qui va rapidement devenir culte à Stras’ ! Dépêchez vous d’aller y faire un tour avant que ce ne soit trop hype 😉 Vous allez vous régaler !
